Comics, Physical Miniatures and STLs Shipped!
about 2 years ago – Fri, Jan 14, 2022 at 11:33:51 PM

Ho there, ArcFans!

Wowee, it's been a busy week. Myself, my girlfriend Wing, my mum Dawn and my dad Rob have been hard at work, and I am pleased to announce that all of the pledges of those who submitted their pledge manager on time have been shipped!

Physical Miniatures/Comics

For those in the UK, you should have all gotten your parcels by now, so I hope they are safe and sound in your homes. For those across the sea, I've individually messaged you all your tracking numbers, and you should be getting your parcels soon.

I can't wait to hear what you think about the miniatures and the comic. Please do let me know on our ArcWorlde Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/arcworldeofficial) or on the Warp Miniatures Discord server (https://discord.gg/gsuafdT).

For those of you who submitted your pledge manager after the deadline, we will be sending your stuff in the next fortnight or so, as more miniatures are cast. But rest assured, they will be with you soon.

STL Files

For those of you who grabbed the STLs for the miniatures, you should have all received an email from MyMiniFactory so you can claim your files. I've been hearing that a few of you have been struggling with downloading the models, but I've been in touch with MMF and they say they are looking into it for us, which is great. They are usually very on it with stuff like this, so your 3D printers will not be quiet for long!

Thank you all once again for joining me on another ArcWorlde Kickstarter, I hope you've enjoyed yourselves, and I look forward to seeing the paintjobs you do on your new minis.

Many thanks,

- Alex

Packing and Shipping starts this weekend!
about 2 years ago – Tue, Jan 04, 2022 at 02:10:48 PM

Ho there, ArcFans!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Just a quick update - I'm travelling up to Yorkshire this weekend to pack the Kickstarter with Mum and Dad, so the first parcels should be winging their way to you next week! Very exciting indeed.

I'll keep you all up to date with how things progress, and I hope you love everything when it arrives!

What about my STLs?

The STLs for all of the miniatures will be delivered to you once everything has been packed, so get your 3D printers warmed up and ready to go!

Cheers,

-  Alex

Merry Christmas! Project updates
over 2 years ago – Mon, Dec 13, 2021 at 05:12:51 PM

Ho there, ArcFans!

Hope you are all having a wonderful festive time as we run up to Christmas. Just a quick update on the project, and (if everything goes to plan) a pretty solid timeline for fulfilment over the coming weeks.

Revised shipping dates

I have been reliably updated on the progress of the comic printing, and our printers have told us that they will be delivered by the end of this week. This is a little later than hoped, and as such the Huntley family have decided that we will pack and ship the project after the festive season. My dad Rob has done an amazing job casting all of your lovely resin miniatures, but due to an intense medical procedure he is having over the festive break we have decided to give him time to rest.

Rest assured, as soon as he is back on his feet in the new year, I will be travelling up to Yorkshire to help with the packing and shipping! Myself, mum (Dawn) and dad are raring to go, and I think you all will be extremely happy with the comic and new miniatures.

What about those of us with digital miniatures/comics?

I have made the decision to send out all of the miniatures and comics at the same time, so you folks with 3D printers will be getting your STLs early in the new year.

I will be distributing the files for the miniatures through MyMiniFactory, so that they will be added to your libraries for printing whenever you wish. The digital version of the comics will be emailed to you.

Adding extra miniatures to your pledge

Because the pledges are being shipped in January, that gives you a little more time to decide if you would like to add additional ArcWorlde minis to your pledge.

If you use the code BRUNOKICKSTARTER on the Warp Miniatures webstore, it will remove the cost of shipping, and we will know to send it to you with your pledge. I've just released the latest ArcWorlde faction, the Ourks, on the webstore, and this is a perfect opportunity to grab them and not pay any postage costs!

Warp Miniatures Gift Cards

Not sure what you want for Christmas this year? These gift cards are a perfect present for you from your loved ones (or maybe even from yourself). Click this link to find out more! https://www.warpminiatures.com/products/warp-miniatures-gift-cards

More updates to come, folks, and Merry Christmas!

Cheers,

Bruno Focaccia - a new Halfling for ArcWorlde!
over 2 years ago – Thu, Nov 18, 2021 at 02:29:37 AM

Ho there, ArcFans!

First of all thank you so much to all of you for your amazing feedback on the photos of the Kickstarter miniatures, I'm really happy you like the look of them and I hope you enjoy them when they arrive!

I thought I would show you all today a brand new ArcWorlde model I've just sculpted and put up on the Warploque Miniatures webstore - Bruno Focaccia, the Halfling Duelist!

"Caje!"

I hope you like him! As we are still prepping all of your pledges, you are more than welcome to add him to your pledge by purchasing him here, and using the code BRUNOKICKSTARTER to remove the cost of the shipping.

What do you all think?

Cheers!

Casts of the Stretch Goals, and an update on the project
over 2 years ago – Tue, Nov 16, 2021 at 06:04:09 PM

Ho there, ArcFans!

Hope you are all well, and are enjoying the autumn season. Just thought I'd give a little update on the progress on the project for you all, and show off some of the minis you all will be receiving!

The Stretch Goals

Gremlins!
Wizard Professor
Forest Troll 1
Forest Troll 2

As always, our master resin caster Rob has done an incredible job with these, and I hope you will enjoy them when they arrive on your painting desk!

Shipping Schedules

All the pieces are slowly moving into place. My dad and our metal caster Jon are working hard on getting the minis cast up, and myself and Mike have been preparing the comics for print.

At the moment we are hoping to start shipping at some point next month, with a goal to have everything out the door before Christmas! I'll keep you all updated over the following weeks, but everything is almost ready!

What do you think, folks? Who's looking forward to getting these guys in the post?

Cheers!

- Alex
